so in a couple of days i will be saying goodbye to my thyroid gland and all his little friends that decided to grow on him. i'm a little nervous, yes... surgery and all, but i started thinking it would be hysterical to get a new skool interpretation of a thyroid with wings and a banner wrapped around it reading "in memory of Roi" (short for thyroid, it's what i named him). i'd love to put it over my scar after it is all healed, but i can't really tattoo my neck.
dunno if i'll do it or not, but i'm considering it.... oh, and i'm certainly still laughing at the thought of it!

welll.... since you asked. lol
i had the surgery and spent 2 days in the hospital, got to come home for one day and then had to go back in for another week. just got home a couple of days ago. i'm still not completely well (i had complications secondary to the surgery) but i think getting better. thanks for missing me. i'm about to reclaim my life, so hopefully i will be writing more... be prepared for angst with a hint of sarcasm though... lol, i have a lot of time to make up for
I vote for the tattoo! I am too scared to do that on my neck but I watch!
Let me know when you are ready to get some more ink on...I think its time!
